Heritage Bank Photographic Awards

The Heritage Bank Photographic Awards are open to photographers from all over the world. In 2013, they are celebrating their 25th year. This year's open category allows photographers to submit any image and the judges say creativity is the key.

There's also a theme of "Life is a Stage" and they're looking for photos with a story.

You can submit up to four images in total.

Prize Categories

• Entertainment - Life is a Stage
• Youth Award for photographers under 25 Years
• Youth Photographers Award ages 7 - 9 years, 10 - 13 years and 14 - 17 years old

Prizes:

Winning photos from the Open and Themed categories will be purchased by the Heritage Bank for $1,500 each. Winners also receive a $150 Camera House voucher. Click on the "Awards, Prizes and Sponsors" button at the bottom of the page to see other prizes.

 

Gallery Exhibition

The top 50 images will be printed and exhibited at the University of Southern Queensland Arts Gallery from 18 June to 12 July 2013. Top 50 photographers will be invited to a special event for the announcement of the overall winners.
