Pinhole Photo Competition - CLOSED

Myrtle Street Studio in the Brisbane suburb of Grange is an independent artist run studio. They are holding a pinhole photography competition to celebrate World Pinhole Day 2011.

Now if you're not familiar with this very low tech, no lens method of capturing images, have a look at some of the stunning results you can get, on Australian photographer Don Francis' website. The best thing about pinhole photography is that you can easily make your own camera. Take a look at Justin Quinnell's website Pinhole Photography and you can learn how to make one out of a beer can!

Deadline:  14 March 2011

There is a $25 per image entry fee for this competition and
3 x prizes of $500:
People's Choice
